Stop TB Partnership – OneImpact Platform
Executive Summary
The LaporTBC powered by OneImpact initiative is a national Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) effort designed to empower people affected by tuberculosis (TB) in Indonesia. Led by POP TB Indonesia as the CFCS R11 community partner, the project aims to enhance access to TB services, reduce stigma and discrimination, and strengthen real-time community engagement in the TB response. Its core objectives include implementing and providing technical support for the LaporTBC digital platform, conducting training sessions, facilitating case handling by focal persons, organizing quarterly Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and delivering regular dashboard-based reports to national and local TB program managers.
Powered by OneImpact technology, the project leverages a multi-channel digital ecosystem—mobile apps, chat platforms, AI chatbots, and community forums—to support reporting of service barriers, human rights violations, and stigma while enabling responders and health authorities to take timely action. The OneImpact CLM framework emphasizes people-centric design, country ownership, and integration with national TB systems to improve programmatic decisions and drive systemic change.
This initiative involves collaboration between POP TB, Dure Technologies, working alongside Reconstra, the National TB Program (NTP), local government health authorities, community paralegals, hotline responders, and civil society networks. The implementation timeline spans June 2023 to May 2024 and covers six provinces across Indonesia.
