Hafizah is a senior researcher in Public Health, Maternal and Child Health, and Biostatistics with over a decade of experience coordinating complex public health research across Indonesia. Proven expert in leading stunting prevention initiatives, child growth monitoring, and large- scale anthropometric studies—including directing extensive field surveys to assess undernutrition (weight and height tracking) among under-five (U5) populations. Proficient in managing multi-provincial field operations, designing data-collection instruments, and conducting advanced statistical analyses (Stata, SPSS, Tableau) to deliver evidence-based briefs and reports for national planners (Bappenas) and international donors. She was also a core member of the team of epidemiological experts supporting the government of Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, Universitas Indonesia awarded her the UI Awards for her contribution to COVID-19 handling in Indonesia.
