Ester is the prominent field supervisor for Reconstra Utama Integra, with more than ten years of experience supporting public health research and programs across Indonesia, including Papua, Bali, North Sumatra, and East Nusa Tenggara. She has helped Reconstra in the data collection process throughout Indonesia, conducting quantitative and qualitative data collection with the highest quality. Her tenacity, ability to read people in the field, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are among her best strengths. Ester is skilled in project management and leading advanced teams, logistics procurement, budget and financial management (SBM rules), vendor negotiation (hotel, transportation, venue), and coordination with national and sub-national stakeholders. Has an established network with key actors on communicable diseases at national and sub-national levels, with proven experience in field data collection for surveys on immunization, lymphatic filariasis, nutrition, tuberculosis, and health surveillance systems.
