
Didit is a senior Global Health Security and One Health specialist with more than 15 years of experience leading and delivering complex, donor-funded health security programs in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. He holds multidisciplinary academic qualifications, including bachelor’s degrees in Instrumentation, Informatics Management, Economics, Law, and Medicine; a Master’s degree in Health Management; and is currently a doctoral candidate in Environmental Sciences.
Didit has led and provided technical oversight for major initiatives funded by the U.S. Government, DFAT, FCDO, DGIS, and Global Affairs Canada, with a strong focus on strengthening laboratory systems, improving biosafety and quality management, and operationalizing integrated surveillance across Event-Based Surveillance (EBS), Indicator-Based Surveillance (IBS), and Community-Based Surveillance (CBS). His work includes enhancing data interoperability among national platforms such as SATUSEHAT, EWARS, iSIKHNAS, Sehat Satli, SIZE, and SATU-SBM to support timely decision-making and outbreak response.
He has extensive experience supporting outbreak preparedness and response, including large-scale COVID-19 emergency operations, laboratory surge readiness, simulation exercises, and After-Action Reviews. Didit brings proven capability in multisectoral coordination, government engagement, and donor compliance, ensuring that technical assistance is practical, sustainable, and fully aligned with national One Health priorities and Global Health Security standards.
